Sambridhi Law Firm is a Nepal Bar Council–registered law practitioner's office based in Kathmandu, founded in 2081 B.S.. We handle company registration, tax registration, trademark filing and corporate legal matters for businesses and individuals across Nepal.

We stay deliberately small. Every matter is handled directly by our advocate: not routed through a call center or handed off between junior staff. That means slower growth than a volume-driven firm, and it's the trade-off we've chosen: fewer clients, more attention per file.

Where most consultancies quote a bundled "service fee" with no breakdown, we show you the actual government fee schedule: the same numbers OCR, IRD and the Department of Industry publish: alongside our professional fee. You can verify every number yourself.
