What's the difference between Oda Darta and Pvt. Ltd.?+
Oda Darta has no legal separation between you and the business: you are personally liable for debts. A Pvt. Ltd. is a separate legal entity that limits your liability to your shareholding. Oda Darta is faster and cheaper to start; Pvt. Ltd. is better for raising capital, hiring at scale, or limiting personal risk.
Can I convert Oda Darta into a Pvt. Ltd. later?+
There's no direct conversion: you would register a new private limited company and transition your operations, contracts and assets into it.
